2021 CMAA NCA Award Winner
R&S was recognized last week by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Northern California Chapter’s Annual Awards program. Our recently completed UC Davis Patient Contact Center received a Project Achievement Award. This is our third consecutive year having a project team receive this honor.
Rudolph and Sletten collaborated with design-build partner DGA on the 70,000sf interior remodel of an existing two-story building in Rancho Cordova. The project included demolition of the existing interior and a complete, new tenant build-out. The new call center includes open office environments, hard wall offices, conference and collaboration areas, and café-style break rooms with an outdoor patio on the ground floor.
The annual Construction Management Project Achievement Awards program recognizes outstanding achievement in the practice of construction management. The process is competitive, with the best in Northern California construction management submitting nominations. The Judging Committee considers outcomes, overall management, safety, quality management, cost management, schedule management, complexity, innovation and creativity, and customer satisfaction as the basis for the award.
