New Leader for San Diego Special Projects Group
Rudolph and Sletten is pleased to announce Darren Phelan as the new leader of the Special Projects Group in our San Diego office. Darren’s 16-year tenure with Rudolph and Sletten began in the Bay Area on large office and healthcare projects. His San Diego region experience ranges from office tenant improvements to ground-up research buildings. Darren will join the more than 25 employees in the Special Projects Group, overseeing daily operations.
Our Special Projects Groups are designed to serve the needs of smaller projects. They handle projects such as interior improvements and renovations with the nimbleness of a specialty contractor backed by the extensive resources of our entire company. The San Diego region’s group has completed more than 3,000,000-square-feet of laboratory, office and education projects in the past 5 years with more than $65 million of work currently under construction.
