Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (CSMC) intends to renovate 23,635 square feet of vacant leased suite space on the 2nd floor of the Pacific Design Center (PDC) Blue Building. The project intends to relocate and expand the existing Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell (iPSC) core facility from the 8th floor of Advance Health and Science Pavilion in CSMC campus, build a new FDA inspected current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) stem cell manufacturing facility and sub-lease a portion of the laboratory to Emulate Inc. for collaborative research. The Project includes the new construction of cleanrooms, research labs, offices, and workstations.
