The seven-story medical office building—open to patients in early 2020-- houses several new and relocated functions. The first floor concourse wraps around an enlarged central courtyard, creating a loop that connects it to the new main hospital. The Sobrato Pavilion functions include:
- Hospital functions and support services including heart and vascular care, post-stroke care, breast health and pulmonary health.
- Medical office space, imaging, outpatient procedure rooms, and clinic space.
- A 390-stall new attached parking garage. The first and fourth levels allow direct pedestrian access to the building. The fourth level of the garage will feature green roof elements with landscaping.
Also included as part of R&S’ scope of work was a four-level, 430-stall addition to the North Drive Parking Garage which was completed in spring 2017.
