As senior vice president of operations for our San Diego region, Rick Guinn is the key corporate contact for your project. He will work closely with both the owner and the entire project team to ensure all project goals for schedule, cost, and quality are achieved and that the overall performance of the project team meets your objectives.

Mr. Guinn has a nearly 30 year tenure in the construction industry, having spent more than two decades with Rudolph and Sletten working as carpenter foreman, superintendent, project manager and project exeuctive. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
